step 1: make a panel for admin and user , where admin can create a user or automatic a user signup by mail verification. step 2: where user can buy credit for our service for example: 50 credit step 3: once they request a service for example : ping a phone number for example:+911234xxxxx1 {we call it monitoring system }. where they input a service and same time the status will be generated for them like its in .. process , requested accepted with a notification for that particular user. and same time admin panel got an alert with that user request .and resolve pinging and send back report to user in a (pic or file) format. step4: admin manually solve the request and a report will be generated for that particular user request . for that please refer to the screen shot you guys will understand better and user credit will deduct for each report . here i am including the country list where we providing the services support
