patching deletion process of the table

Hello, What I want is that a frontend table process has a critical problem in my side. This table is filled by the user using gravity form input. The frontend user could also edit / delete single or multiple lines. Table gets values from a static table that I have created from other wordpress table fields. Once new post created, through the inputs by gravity form post, so what values are need, that appends in this static table linking the wptable. If user deletes a line from the frontend table, backside of post returns this line once more time so that it seems that no values never would have been deleted. Deletion process could have processed on frontend table , but backside of post appends again. what a script or Sql code can help to bring solution ? thank you
