Online Auction Software Developer and Designer with Flash Media Experience

I need online live auction functionality (reverse bid and lowest unique bid) integrated into an existing webcam site. The auction functionality can have a separate admin area from the webcam site. However, the auction should use membership and payment functionality of the webcam site. Also, the frame that displays the live video feed and chat functionality should also incorporate the the auction functionality. All of the redesigning that shows the integration has been done. All that is required is the auction software and coding integration into the webcam site. The developer should have experience in building live auction sites, in particular reverse bid and lowest unique bid sites as well as experience in PHP/MySQL, HTML5/CSS, Action Script + Flash Media Server, Objective C, C#, C++ and Linux /Unix Management.
