Can you provide me with few sample images. I have experience with image processing, i have developed few captcha solvers where ordinary OCR is not enough, so doing OCR on lottery tickets should not be a big problem.

Hi I can create the program for you , i have done other programs to scan checks and invoices, i use a third party component that is only 60 euros, i thinks that's the fastes way to proceed but if you want i can use any other ocr engine of your preference
