I need a custom advanced MEME generator built in php.

I need a custom coded meme generator. The php meme generator will be able to generate advance memes. You will be able to search google images and select a image from google images, and image will automatically appear in generator. You then can add layers of txt, and find numerous amounts of meme faces to add to the image you selected from google images. You can add text and more advanced features. .
