Need to create custom website

Hi, We need a website looks like clicksontrucks dot com, should be different in design but all features must be same as it is on demo website. Need to be done on urgent bases. Note, these are just admin panel features, you need to send a little proposal regarding front-end to get hire for this project! Keep in mind, in reply must add “DEMO” start of your proposal otherwise your bid/proposal will ignore! This web should have a customized admin panel with following features. Admin Section: 1. Admin area is fully restricted with the username/password access. 2. Admin will be able to update his emails address and password 3. Admin can add and manage an unlimited number of Admins. Admin will be able to Add/Update/Delete unlimited number of followings 1. Categories for Trucks/Loads/packers & Movers 2. Trucks 3. Loads 4. Packers and Movers 5. Date/Time for Start and End date 6. From to Destination places 7. Notes etc. Admin will be able to View/Mark/ Delete the followings 1. Ads posted by registered users 2. Will be able to email them directly. Smtp not php mailer 3. Will be able to mark the ads with different statuses and can put notes for future reference. 4. Admin can view the orders in statuses like New/In-Process/Confirmed/Cancelled Admins will be notified through email on the following events 1. A new ad is posted by the registered user. 2. New user is registered on the website. Post Ads Section: This section is meant for registered visitors of the site. 1. User can register with their username/password/email/address/contact number 2. User can post ads 3. User can select any of the Truck/Load/Packers&Movers 4. User will have the ability to book full or partial. 5. User can specify start date 6. User can put special notes 7. User can set the priority of them add as urgent/contact now/ (suggest more) 8. User will be able to save the ad as template 9. User will have the option to save one ad as template 10. User can load template to complete it 11. On submit of ad, user will get a confirmation email. 12. On change of the status of the ad as confirmed, user will receive an email. Development phase, let me know: 1. This application will be developed using frame work _________. 2. Application and Designing should be responsive and __________. 3. All the form submissions will be verified by the developed application and will go through strict cleaning process. 4. All the admins and users areas will be password protected. 5. All the passwords will be properly hashed to store in DB. 6. We need the mechanism for auto backups. 7. Need a support Admin role, to handle all moderators, editors.
