Modifications to Kohana Framework

We have a couple of modifications / questions (suggestions welcome) required for an existing website built with KOHANA framwork. A client has already built on his website a member login where the customers have a questions and answers survey to complete by registering and paying for this service however they would like to change the registration process Front End: [login to view URL] They are currently uploading their 2nd set of Questions. Once uploaded, their intention is to send out an email to all users, informing them that they need to renew their licences by logging back into the system and completing the 2nd Questions. As long as they have completed the 1st set of Questions, that first set will be automatically locked. In order to import the email addresses in the database, Formula recently extracted the email addresses and it looks like some users have used dud emails. That means that there will be bounce-backs when that blanket email is sent out. So, going forward, they have asked on the possibility of incorporating the following into the registration process: User Name: Continue being user specific Email: Assign one generic email address per company/organisation. I.E: Everyone from Coles would use the exact same email address Password: Use one generic password (as determined by Formula) for all users. Question: 1. Can this be done? 2. What about current users already in the system, who have their individual username, email and password? 3. And other complications? Note on Renewal: The system currently runs via a cronjob to check the expiration of contractors and notify both them and admin. Renewal has already been set-up via their cPanel to Calendar year (every 1 Jan as requested by Formula). Automatic reminders are sent out first 1 month prior, and lastly, 1 week prior to expiry.
