Magento Orders & Simple Products with custom options label printing, option mapping

We have Simple products with Custom Options. We would like to have option to select several orders and print label which will contain product title and custom options, ideally if we can could edit template easily when necessary. Example: We offer for sale PC Computer - customer must select one of the required custom options Option 1: Memory Ram Size, Option 2: Hard Drive Size, Option 3: Warranty length etc. we need to be able to print off label which will contain order number and product custom data options, So this label can be given to one of our technician for building system. He will know exactly spec, we have this on the invoice but invoice is to confusing for tech dept.
