I require a new extension for Magento 2 to provide more options for shipping. 1. Specify a set shipping cost at product level 2. Specify a set shipping cost at category level to apply to all products within category If products in cart are more than one category then it will take the shipping price which is highest. For both of the above options I need to be able to either enter a fixed cost or select from shipping methods available (as defined in store>Configuration>Shipping Methods) 3. Create new additional Table rate shipping method via Magento Admin (as per store>Configuration>Shipping Methods>Table Rate).
