LinkedIn crawler / scraper + simple website

Experience Level: Expert I need a LinkedIn crawler which crawls a list of LinkedIn URLs. For each of the LinkedIn URLs, the crawler has to check every week whether the current job title has changed. If it did, it should be added to an e-mail which is sent out every week. This e-mail should include each of the LinkedIn profiles for which the job title has changed, including the former and new job title. This application should then be included in a simple Wordpress website, where people can insert their e-mail address and the URLs of LinkedIn profiles they want to have crawled every week. Every week, they then receive the updated LinkedIn profiles. Please note that LinkedIn lately has increased security matters to prevent scraping its pages. I do however not need the whole LinkedIn profile scraped, only the function title and the name of the person. In many cases, this information is available in meta-data around the internet (for example, if you google a LinkedIn profile, the Google link already shows the current job title and name, so maybe you can use something like t his to make it easier).
