Laravel PHP web application on network monitoring and MySQL database

We are looking for a development firm that is familiar with a few or all of the following: Knowledge of PHP Knowledge of Laravel Framework and MVC Pattern Knowledge of databases and MySQL Knowledge of Javascript and AngularJS Some knowledge of Network systems (not required) MUST ALSO HAVE WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING: - Git - Bitbucket - Vagrant - YouTrack - Gulp This is an ongoing project.
