improve printing program for sales invoice

I need you to add salesman code below the salesman name and do following improvements to layout: 1. Print customer name in one single row up to 50c [login to view URL] row spacing up wherever indicated with arrow pointing up in mp4 3. Add salesman code in row below salesman name 4. Remove the currency field in the upper left hand block (as currency is already shown in unit price and amount column) 5. Change UNIT PRICE header to unit_SGD (OR OTHER CURRENCY) 6. Change AMOUNT header to AMOUNT_SGD (OR OTHER CURRENCY) 7. SHORTEN QUANTITY HEADER TO " QTY" AND allow max width 99,999.999 8. Reduce UOM to 5 characters Note: Purpose of 5,6 7,8 is to free up more space to print description 9.
