Dynamin Object Oriented WebSite

I need some One Who is Highly Professional and have Paractical Knowledge and experiance in Object Oriented work. All website Designing and other implimentation are already done (that will be provided to project winner)but source code is not Done in Classes, i need this project to be done in object Oriented. Most of work has been done but it is not Object Oriented, what i want not only to convert this project into Object Oriented But also make some changes and addition in this Project.
