We need someone who can build Drag & Drop jQuery / JavaScript Magazine Designer with Data Base of Background Images. Framework - choose your own, PHP core or Codeigniter would be good. For example these features need to be included: *Person would be able to select background image from a list of given images *Person can upload his own Image on top of the selected background *Person can crop his image and then position it properly on the background *Person can add text, change font style, font family, font size, font color *Person can add paragraphs of text into page or single line title text for his Magazine Page *Person can do this process step by step for 40 pages for his magazine, or 60 pages *Person clicks on "Download All Pages" and system creates him zipped file for download to be available once he submits his payment via PayPal.
