Design and Create a One Page Mobile Landing Page Template for an Existing Site.

I currently have a responsive site being developed and I need a mobile only landing page. Below is a list of features for my landing Page Template. 1. I want to be able to have a landing page without any fields. a. My call to action button will be a large image of an envelope. (example image is attached) i. Open default email client on mobile devices android or ios. ii. Add subject line that can be modified by me per different campaigns or split testing. iii. Add the body of the email that can be modified easily for different campaigns or split testing. iv. The client only needs to press “SEND” to opt into my list. 2. The ability to use Google Analytics code to get demographic information. (I need to discuss this issue further.) 3. The ability to use current get response account to build my mobile list. 4. The ability to optionally redirect the landing page to another URL if the user clicks the send button on their email client or not. 5. The ability to redirect users with email is already in my GetResponse or site's members database to automatically bypass the landing page and go directly to login page. 6. For everyone else I would like the ability to set a number of times a user can visit this mobile landing page before they are automatically redirected to a different link without viewing the landing page. 7. Upload and integrate to my existing site. 8. Well commented code so that I can edit the template text for split testing sales copy, images and buttons…
