Hi, I'm looking for a skilled freelancer with experience in creating a web-application to help manage my internal processes. I plan to use the PHP Symphony frameWork to make this happen. Attached you find a github dump containing a backend work, which provides all functions yet. But the front end is still to connect. The primary goal of this project is to create a web-app that will allow us to upload videos in any format known. In the background convert it to smaller mp4 size. Then transcipt everything what is spoken by whisper Open AI. We have an account. For developing use your own. It should include text, audio and video support, as well as end-to-end encryption, fast processing, a simple UI and support for multiple users. Furthermore, I am looking for a development that enables the service to scale up and down as required. The PHP-Symphony App should be full connectable via REST API. We need a full user registration log system and payments possible via paypal Your code will be reviewed so make sure everything is really clear and good structured, commented, and readable for third party developers. See the attached files for the frontend UI. This is the user story: The goal of the app is to transcribe video or audio files. Partially, hour-long webinar contents or interviews are uploaded here. It must be ensured that audio can be extracted from any video format to be sent to Whisper and receive a transcript in return. The timecodes from the video should be visible as seen on the frontend images. The video is delivered in a player alongside the text. This allows one to listen again in case of poor quality and poor transcription, and manually alter the text. All this must be represented in the frontend. Therefore, a Senior full stack developer is needed.
