Requirement details: need a function : for each resume. on any page shown a resume. it should be able to download pdf free. and show a downable word doc as well(but docx word file will only show in below situation) 1. if the comment number is 0-2-4-8-6-10-12. etc. 2. if when the comment number for this resume is even number when someoone just post a comment, the word file will be downable in next 10 minutes for all public. will not be able to be download after 10 minutes and until next even number. 3. or if the comment number is not even and customer want download word, they have to puchase this word document. the files should be directly downloaded after click pdf or word. have 120$ for this.
