Domain search plugin + order info (very simple job)

On a "non-public" sub domain we need to setup a simple domain search + order hosting package function. Basically we just need a function where the users can search for available domain names (like on any web hosting page) and choose ONE available domain from the list of available results and then place the order using their specific user name that they have retrieved from us (you only need to include this field so that they can enter their specific user name manually themselves). Once they've chosen their domain and placed their order I just need a simple email to be sent to the administrator so that he can set things up on another server for this user. Very simple! The email should contain: IP of customer, Chosen domain name, Phone number to customer, Email address to customer. That's it. Very simple. I think you can use a simple plugin like [login to view URL] and just modify the order placing process for me.
