Web site and logo design

This is to request bids for designing a website and a logo. The site will behave like [_[login to view URL]][1]. Obviously the look and feel should be different. The deliverables are: 1. Home page: HTML and CSS code and PSD source. 2. One Internal page: HTML and CSS code and PSD source. 3. Logo: Image + PSD source I will need at least 3 mockups (jpeg) before finalizing the design. **No flash. Only jpeg please.** HTML must be w3 checked and optimized. Tested in all major browser version (IE and FireFox at least) I need to get this started immediately. So bid only if you can start working right away. Please respond with not more than three of your sample work. **NO AUTOMATIC BIDDING. ANY AUTOMATIC BID WILL BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY.** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
