Voice Chat System(repost)

We have been looking for someone that can build a fully functional **client/server** voice chat system. As you can see, we highlighted the words client/server as we are seeking to own a system in which we can provide to our customers and be able to control it. The system needs to present a superior voice quality. There is no need for the end-user to install any software beside a simple ActiveX plugin to access the voice chat. The chat rooms are to be embedded in web pages. customers or webmasters that we will provide our software with should be able to customize the font colors, etc... The coder(s) that can build this system need to provide ALL code and the code must be fully commented and well structured. The following list of features is a must: 1- Full moderator control (ban, kick, etc...) 2- Voice Clarity 3- Public and Private text integrated within the system 4- System needs to be easy to use with slow connection 5- Concurrent users across rooms: Webmasters can have their users be in one room or many rooms. The limit on the number of users is set on the webmaster (customer)'s account rather then each room. 6- When an update is made to the sysem, all our customers must receive it as soon as it is released. 7- Registeration system and user management. End-users have the ability to create a profile, when you right-click on a username you can select to view his/her profile. 8- Emoticons (we prefer animated ones) 9- Good-looking gender icons (male + female) 10- System needs to be tightly secure. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform * Internet Explorer 4.0+
