LQQK - New Website Needed (repost)

Website - requirements posted below. ## Deliverables I require the selected coder to design and build a simple site consisting of the following 4 pages: 1. Main Page - a large viewable area consisting of advertising in squares, header, footer and some other links *User will register to the site. The system will then issue the user a password via the email address they posted. Captcha also involved. * I do have the registration forms already built as well as the database - so this will speed things up. *Once back on the site the user then has the ability to change their contact info. 2. Ad Click Statistics Page - wherein a user or guest of the site can view the amount of times the ad was clicked on 3. Blank Pages - I will write all text/copy - I just need a coder to set up some link throughs 4. Buy a Square - coder will set up a form to purchase a square or block of squares. This will capture their info, what size area they wish to purchase and calculate the amount they will owe - they will then be sent to paypal when they press a buy it now button (I already have made). I also already have my API info if it is necessary. I think the easiest way to do this is once the user goes to a "buy" page a large image of the main image is shown displaying available pixels. The user then can then click on a block and it will then show the cost of that block (or series of chosen blocks - fixed cost. Once they choose to purchase they are sent to paypal with the figure. I have API already setup if need be. This website will somewhat model a pay per square website. Wherein people will pay for advertising by purchasing a square from the site. Suggestion would be to ask me questions as I won't post ideas here. I will also write some of the pages so I will simply need room and some blank sheets. Winning bidder will be promptly paid when work is completed - bonus for outstanding work! Winning bidder will also receive a free square to post their ad for services. If you have read this far and understand what I am talking about, you will see that most of this is simple if you know how to code php. As most of you know, I am also a coder/writer (65FB 9.5) on this site. I will be doing all of the text/copy - I simply need a blank page which with to write. I also already have the registration forms and database built. So this will cut the time down dramatically. The project has now become smaller and should be able to be completed in good time. Please check my feedback - I have no problem issuing bonuses for great work. I am simply looking for people who will create good work and wish to have great feedback on RAC.
