Create images with text on WordPress PHP server

Dear Coder I will need a plugin to WordPress. The idea is to use an image like the ones on this link: [login to view URL]:da:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&hl=da&tab=wi&biw=1600&bih=751 ..and then place some text on the banner. Then the user click on the banner the user will be able to see the related product. The text will be use to sell up. Eg. "Did you remember to buy an extra hard drive for you new computer?" Rules: * A script check if the image exsist in the folder. If not the create the image and save in the folder (cache) * On the fly the image is generated for a folder. (First time only) * A trigger can be used to check for changes in the image, text or product number. and if there are a change a new image will be generated in the cache folder. (the trigger runs automatic) * Documented in 1 page white paper. And in code where needed. * All attributes, functions and alike use names that makes sense to everybody. (best practise) * description of how to implement the plugin * Possible to change the layout of the text (bold, fonttype, size, colour, angel, placement).
