Automate and Populate UPS Worldship with Shipping Info- We just need to Weight and PRINT!

Here is our situation: We have an online store (OSCommerce & PHP) but with a warehouse with employees who are not computer savy. In order to facilitate the packing and shipping process, we hope to automate this process as much as possible! We hope to have them just login to our site (web), hit a quick button and that will automatically import the shipping info (UPS shipping info - address, UPS Service, etc) pertaining to the orders received on that day to the UPS Worldship software that is installed in the PC. So all the employees in the warehouse have to do are: 1) Pack order according to invoices received **2) Click on the "Import" button on the web to import shipping info to UPS Worldship 3) Retrieve each shipping info from Worldship **4) Weight each order 5) Enter the actual weight of each order 6) Print UPS Shipping labels I need to hear a good solution and someone good to help implement this feature.
