wordpress clean up

Looking for a wordpress expert must be able to knock out the below items within 2 business days without me having to be on the computer doing step by step instructions. Must have skype! Must be able to communicate well! Featured Thumbnail images need to be fixed so they don't cut off at the top and bottom Header needs be fixed meaning one of the top menus keep moving depending on window size and I want it to stay the same place no matter what. Text wrap around two images needs to be fixed Need plugin added to make some images when clicked show bigger image like a light box I will provide url of site to those individuals that have an interesting bid. I'm looking at cost, it being done right the first time and how fast it can be done.
