Questions and Answer site using wordpress

This project is about creating a Questions and Answers site using wordpress.. The site will: 1) Allow user to ask a question anonymously (with captcha) or logged in (without captcha) There is a plugin for q & a already just needs tweaks. 2) Allow users to login with facebook (there is a plugin for this already) 3) Allow users to submit posts anonimously (there is a plug-in for this also TDO miniforms).... (captacha used if not logged in) Install cubepoints plugin and allow users to earn points posting content to the site like on normal q&a scripts. rank users on a page, etc. I will tell you which actions will result in giving points to users and you will configure it. Moderator can approve or delete posts in pending status. You will also be creating the theme based on my specs. I already have a theme I like, but I want to make some changes to it to fit exactly what I want...
