PSD to customizable Wordpress responsive theme/website

We will be providing the needed psds Job will be to create a premium theme with its own framework-i.e everything in the theme should be editable by its own back-end. The right person must already have understood what is needed. Once the theme is created , we will want ti to be installed and created in a website- All details will be provided to the winning bidder.
