MySQL to PHP plugin for wordpress

Hello I am looking for a developer to help me create a wordpress plug-in with a piece of MySQL code that i have. I would like the plug to be written with PHP. The MySQL script is very simple. What the script does is look for any duplicate posts in the wordpress database and removes them. I currently have to run the script manually daily. I would like 1 more functionality added to this script. I would like my MySQL script run every-time the posts function in wordpress is triggered. Please have experience in creating wordpress [login to view URL] one bidding should know that he will need to provide a demo. The work should take less than a day.
