VA VistA CPRS modifications (MUMPS)

Startup company looking to become vendors/modifiers of the VA VistA Computerized Patient Record System. VistA is programmmed in MUMPS and we are looking for a programmer that has knowledge in helping us to accomplish setups/install of this system in healthcare facilities around the world. We have specific modifications that we want completed on this system. Looking for a local programmer (we are located in Moreno Valley, CA 92557 in Riverside County). We would prefere you to have knowledge dealing with hospital information systems and/or electronic medical record systems. Familiar with the VA VistA CPRS and Intersystems cache database. Linux G.T.M. database knowlegde is a plus! We want someone that is willing to utilize his/her skills in helping this company to grow. We have a large government project approaching in Nigeria and we need you to help prepare us. The company is a startup with no current clients, but with the recent project approaching you will have easy growth potential. Please respond ASAP because we are looking to meet with you. Thank you! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
