Update DataGridView user control

The attached project has a DataGridView on a user control. This DataGridView was put on to a user control to simplify setup because it is used in many places in the project it was developed for and as you will see it looks nothing like the standard DataGridView. The functionality of the control is great but the project that it is used in runs on systems with low memory. On the low memory machines the user control draws after the main form creating a form that looks funny as it loads in parts. I suspect that the control would load much quicker if the grid extended the DataGridView class itself and instead of being a user control. As you will see the control already uses a DataGridView that is partially inherits the standard DataGridView. I am looking for someone to replicate the exact functionality of this control that loads much quicker than this one does. If you download the attached project there is a bitmap in the top level directory. The project expects to find this bitmap in C:\POSImages\ I need this project done as soon as possible. I will likely choose a coder within a day so please do not bid on this project if you can not dedicate your time to it. I don’t think this project will take more than a couple of days at max. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
