Order Entry Web Form

Need to automate a paper based order form. Form will have some fields for free-form entry and? will also have drop-down fields for product entries coming from? a DBMS system? where pricing should get defaulted into proper positions. Form needs to total up $ and be printable. Order entry data needs to be accessible via search by Customer's name. Will need a maintenance form for the product based data so that prices/products can be maintained. Will need a simple login page so that form can be somewhat secured. Database of users will need to also be maintained. More details will follow i.e. the expected data fields needed with simple data model. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All code should be in .NET ASP preferably latest version of Visual Studio (2003). DBMS? should be SQL 2000. Use of stored procedures should be done for ALL data handling. Would like the use of? class-based definition? for the Order data. Would like navigation bar with framed out page so that when choosing to "Find" an order, search criteria page is displayed in main frame. When just performing data entry a "New" menu item allows user to enter data into a blank form. "List All" option should display listing of all orders with sort capabilities. Next to each item in the list an "Edit" button will allow user to easily edit record for any changes or to allow printing.
