fix my Javascript PHOTO GALLERY

PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH YOUR PORTFOLIO WORKS 1)i am NOT able to APPROVE images through my admin panel. for instance, i cannot approve "tamir nachum" 2)more than 1 image is not being shown when uploaded by user. for instance,if someone uploaded 5 pictures, another user viewing his/her profile can only see 1 picture and not 5....ALL THE PICTURES MUST BE SHOWN 3)member with the username, "Jewlo" still does not have a photo option.4) the images are still not same shape, for instance, username "erica" still has her pic cutt off in the quick search results5) the enlarged picture effect is not big enough and has a different shape for every member, rather than having the same size and shape for every user6)8) the MY PICTURES page needs to be organized better, for instance, there is no reason to have 2 upload buttons. try to make it look more organized. perhaps have the pics in a vertical row instead of 2 lines9) when users upload their pics for the first time in the JOIN NOW page, it doesn't work sometimes and they get upset because it doesn't let them finish their profile. some pics are not able to uploaded in certain formats...please look into this. 10) the pictures must be SYMETRICAL, in other words, SAME SHAPE AND SIZE and possibly SAME QUALITY....
