I need a progam to mange ans store all kind of electronic files. These files are stored in hard drive. The user will enter specifc details about each file stored such as document no, date , catagory and subcatoagy , auther, tilte, description. User can search the files for specific information using any of the above mentioned details. Quick search will search tilte. We need to classify these documents so that we can search for specific one and get it fast. These documents are classified accoring to 3 levels , for example : internal medicine, diabetics, children diabeltic ) We add to each documents some details and store them in the database such as autoumber, entry date, author, catagory subcatagory1, subcatagory2 , document title, desctription or notes, branch type of document ( normal, native, secret) - secret will be accessed with password. Attachments have title and description only. The program accepts elecronic documents with attachments. and uploaded ( copy it) from any speci fic drive to specicif hard disk say d: The hard disk is called the archive.
