Website Design Urgent

G'day i am after some one to create design for a Hosting Company Must be delivered quickly Must include: 1) Logo 2) Template Form (for easy editing) saved as .php 3) Must be able to expand and contract with the Browser. 4) **Must use Repet Images for Fast loading** 5) **The code must be Tidy and the use of tables etc** 6) Able to easy Intergrate with [login to view URL] (header and a Footer) 7) Provide me with the Pre-Sliced PSD file with the Site so in the furture if i need to change something it will be easyly done. the use of <!--Start "eg: Header"--><!--END header--> in the html marking the start and end of each section: IE nav, header, footer, right_area etc is highly desirable but not a requiremnt Please provide some of your Work or Portfolio in the PMB please no time waisters. Must have a Quick turn around time or please dont bid if this cannot be completed quickly, any questions post in the PMB
