I want a website to be created for my art classes which would hold paintings done by my students.

The website will have a homepage which will tell about the company. There will be a screen size picture in the background. There will be tabs on the top or on the right side of the homepage which will have the name of the students listed on it. The viewer can click on the tab to have a look at the paintings done by the [login to view URL] students' homepage will also have a picture in the background and will have their paintings under the listing "My Paintings". Apart from this, every students' homepage will have a button to upload their painting. On clicking the button, a popup asking for userid and password will come. The student will have to fill in the details before uploading the picture. Similarly, only the students can write comments below the paintings available on the website and they will have to login before doing the same. All the paintings will be of size around 1 MB. In the homepage, there will be a tab for the photos of recent exhibitions and also a blinking message containing the date of next exhibition.
