simple wordpress job and theme design

here is a simple wordpress job that require you to design a template first and then convert to wordpress site only can give 60usd . Here is what i need for the project. The website should be similar to [login to view URL] but not a copy.. 1. Format of the website would remain the same.. menu on the left, video tabs, a banner below it.. small text tabs and then seminars tab 2. The video tab should only display if there are videos add, else should be hidden. 3. Banners can be changed from admin by uploading. 4. Tabs text can also be changed from the admin.. 5. Seminars can be added from admin and when clicked should show details like it is on [login to view URL] 6. No need for the login box on the top 7. Banners can be added on sidebar of needed. 8. Facebook box on the sidebar 9. Footer should be simple.. you can go with any design you think would look good.. this way it would not be a total copy of thetahealing Inner pages would be simple, with menu remaining on the left and content on the right.
