Simple Software I need developed where 2 people can check

Im looking for a VERY simple software where two can collaborate. This is for my and my suppliers. For example I own 50 websites, I need a way to send all my orders I get to my suppliers. For example when a order comes through I want to be able to input the order through, and assign it to the correct supplier. When this happens I want the supplier to automatically be generated an invoice. After this they can click from inside the email they get sent, which will open the order and invoice directly, without signing in, this will allow them to print it and start picking the order. When done, if they are out of stock on an item, I want them to be able to put a 0 where QTY is, and it will automatically edit the price so we are 100% Accurate, then I can correct the price with my customer. I also want the supplier to be able to make notes about the order, for example if the supplier only has 1 QTY left I want them to be able to tell me that, therefore I can take that item off our inventory on site. In the end, when the supplier has picked the order I want them to be able to add a tracking #, and carrier, like Fedex, UPS, or United States Postal service, then save it, which will send an email to the customer with the tracking info so they can see when its estimated to be there. We have seen some software which is pretty much what we need but ours can be more simple, please see it here projectpier (dot) org There you cash see something like what we need or if you google "collaboration software" I have had people already tell me this is simple and there are a lot of them out there and all they have to do is edit one with will for a few hundred bucks..
