Redesign of ScreenBoundary.com

[login to view URL] needs a makeover. I want it to have the look and feel of ScreenSaver.com. The same way the navigation works. But I want a different color scheme. Requirements. 1) You must take the data and move it into a mysql database. Currently, the website is organized inside of a file/folder tree. The categories have their own folder, sub categories within that, and the name of the screensaver inside of that. The description of each screensaver is also saved as it's own txt file. 2) The design is for both the screensaver section and wallpaper. (wall papers are just the individual images of each screensaver. 3) All features that [login to view URL] has will also be required on this design. 4) Users should be given an option to register as a user and post comments and access restricted pages. 5) You must design a newer type of logo for the site. Before building the site, you must first do a photoshop image of what the website will look like. I will then sign off on it and you will be able to continue with building the full site. freelancer escrow will be used as payment. 25% after design/logo is signed off. 25% when website is half finished. and 50% when the site is complete.
