We would want to develop a website like “freelancer(dot)com/”. The site will have ALL features and functionalities of the original site EXCLUDING the following complete subdomains: - Freelancer Contests - Freemarket - TycoonTalk Web content included within the scope of supply shall be the minimum to ensure full tests on capabilities and performance of development. Technologies to be used for this develop will be Wordpress / Mysql / Phpmyadmin. The complete site will be designed with these tools and no others will be admitted. In addition, applying same technologies, development shall include a blog and a forum. Bidders shall comply with following requirements: - Attached “Supplier-Subcontractor Evaluation Form” shall be filled and sent with the bid. - Project plan. As soon as project starts awarded bidder shall provide a project plan indicating software, main milestones and deadlines for each one. - Payment terms shall be as follows: o No Upfront Payment o 15% when ¼ project milestones finished o 25% when ½ project milestones finished o 15% when ¾ project milestones finished o 45% after full completion Please note milestones will be agreed before awarding. - Awarded bidder shall provide Skype account and shall be available during working time.
