New Website Design

I have a luxury recruitment company in the United Kingdom and the website I am using has become a little outdated. I am looking to have a new website designed from start to finish, including a back of house database where we can store candidates C.V's. The system has to be user friendly so that we can search the database for candidates using keywords, salary, location, skill etc The back of house also has to have the ability to store email addresses so that we can send a bulk email to candidates letting them know about new jobs when they are available. There will also need to be a section where we can post jobs that will appear on the home page of the website that will also be seo friendly so that the jobs can be searched by google. We are listed number 1 on google for alot of important keywords at the moment and so the winning bidder will also need to know how to build a new website without risking the ranking on google, Finally the website will need to have a luxury feel with the ability to edit all pages, at a minutes notice using a text editor. We have advertising on the website at the moment and so room will need to be incorporated to have advertising space. There is also a blog attached to the website and the winning bidder will need to incorporate the exisiting blog into the new website and redesign the template to match the new website. The blog is currently using Wordpress. Finally Finally, as the website will be holding data, the site needs to be completely secure and constantly upto date for obvious reasons. If the winning bidder does an amazing job, then there will be lots of additional work which I can supply through my clients. Also the possibiliy of becoming a business partner in a new project. PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU ARE AN EXPERIENCED WEBSITE DESIGNER WITH CODING AND DATABASE EXPERIENCE. BIDDING WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WILL MEAN YOUR WASTING YOUR TIME. THIS IS A LUXURY PROJECT AND SO THE WINNING BIDDER MUST HAVE THIS MINDSET.
