I have a website that is based on php/mysql. I would like to have it modified and be tuned for performance. I also need to change the look and feel of the website. Its a working website with many articles. I would like to have modified for better viewing experience and be compatible with all web browsers. Mainly following changes: 1. optimize the php/mysql code for performance 2. Change the login portion to use better authentication, currently it just uses numbers as password. 3. Change the look and feel of website. Template should be changed. 4. Newsletter sign up part to be modified, currently it doesnt work. Thank you.
