re design and development needed for new freelance website

Hi i have this site [login to view URL] im in need of the following: complete re-design with logo ( i want a nice clean design i want the site to be laid out like gaf but not the same in design just the layout like where menus, user menus and tabs in the center top of every page and for a registered member will go etc ) now for the navigation as mentioned above i want it the same as gaf so how you see the navigation menus for the buyer accounts and the freelance accounts and also on the site on gaf that's how i want mine to be. the site of mine uses the tplancer modules and extensions on a joomla cms which i have installed, these tplancer modules have there own navigation/menus these are the menus that need to be changed to tabs like on your user account at gaf. Basically i want [login to view URL] design upgraded with logo and all menus and navigation on the site and in the members area to be like gaf, just use what the site has already to create a site similar to gaf design and layout including where modules are placed like 50 latest projects etc. Also one other thing that bothers me is the way the site logs you in it takes you to the home page and cannot access any user menu details until you click the post a project link and then the tplancer user menu becomes available i would like it to be where the user logs into a blank page where i can and news and other messages etc ( login to the site to see what i mean if needed. ) only bid if you can do what i have described and only bid if you understand exactly what i want.
