Myspace friend add randomiser

I am looking for a script made in PHP that can find a users myspace ID number by just entering thier username as well as store that information into a mySQL database. The script will be used to input the users id number and then after that is successful, it will display a set amount of random links where the user will have an option to click on those links to add those random people as friends. I want the varibles in one config file so that I can change them easily in the future, I also expect the code to be commented and clean enough to be able to be edited and improved on in the future. I also like an option where people can pay for a featured link where they will have a choice of always having thier link as one that is choosen or that have more of a chance to have thier link shown above every one elses and they should also be able to be turned on and off in the config file and/or have an admin section. When the new user decides to join, they will need to enter thier username, myspace url which the system must check to verify and agree to the Terms of Service and thier email and name. When they have entered thier details and the system verifies that they do exist then the page will need to show the set amout of random members with a link to thier profile and a link to add them as a friend. Those links should open in a new window. I also will need an option to delete or suspend users. I want only serious bidders please and I prefer people to ask lots of questions to understand what I am looking for. I am also looking for someone who is willing to do this project cheaply. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform It should run on a PHP 4.x.x and 5.x.x but if it can only be one it should be 4.x.x
