TXT 2 BMPs converter

This little program should be able to create bitmap files from text files. The text files contain lines of RGB values in the form Name R G B delimited by tabs. You find an example in the file "[login to view URL]". The program then creates bitmap files in bmp format, each with the name of the colour and the size which was entered in the program window. The program must be made in Visual Basic (6 or lower). It is not necessary to create a high-end user interface but it is necessary to create easy to understand modular code and comment the steps in understandable form. The main window and some more annotations are prepared in the attached zip. Give me a bid!
