VB: Printing Form

I have a vb application that has a treeview control on one side that displays various forms on the other depending on what node is selected. A sample form is attached. I am looking for the easiest way to print only the form portion exactly as it appears in my sample. The sizes of the boxes on the form can vary depending on what information the user enters. The application should show where there will be a page break on the screen so items can be moved around on a page to group them together. When printing, if it goes over 1 page, copy all the heading information and label page 1 of 2, etc. Also, need to be able to export form in rtf format. Am willing to consider other supporting technologies as long as they can be freely distributed in the end user software. Time is a more important consideration than money for this project.
