VB / MS Acess to Apache/PHP/MS SQL conversion

This is a conversion project. convert the current application from VB / MS Access to Apache/ PHP / Mysql. It has two phases. The first phase is to just do the first conversion. We do have the VB / MS Access source code.

Once that is done, the next phase is to create an update so the remote installs of the first phase can communicate back to a central server and backup our data to a consolidated application.

The 3rd update will be to add our enhancements to the solution. Have several.

There will be a quarterly maintenance fee paid to maintain the product for bugs and do minor enhancements throughout the year.

please review the first phases requirements attached in the document and then provide a quote. The next phases requirements are still being written.

Don't Bid if you will not accept following points -

1. I would want the full source codes

2. You should agree to not share/sell the codes to anyone else other than me.

3. All testing will be 100% your responsibility. Bugs and other compatibility problems found after releasing will be your responsibility too for upto 3 months.

4. If it's send untested, we will close the project. I have faced this problem many times in past and I don't want to keep another person just to test an app. Hope you understand.

5. I want daily or in every 2 days Update no matter any progress or not just drop me a mail but i want it.
