Suggestions on Money Making

This bid project is kind of just for fun so it is only going to be for $5.00 I am looking for ways to make money online. First I'll tell you what I have been trying, then you can recommend ideas either new or complimentary to what I state. I have been trying google adwords with attempting to make commission by selling products and I think this is a somewhat good idea but have not been successful yet. I have had some very small success in the past making commission from ads on a web site. So this seems like a favorable method but i'm not the best at it. I've tried MLM pyramid schemes and in my opinion these do not work at all. So i'm not looking for this. I don't want to buy your book if you are selling some kind of book to make commission. I just want someone who knows the ropes or who has worked with people who do, to give some tips. So again, I'm looking for someone who can give sound advice, especially relating to business and is willing to put in a little effort communicating and describing their ideas or thoughts.
