Sports Script to pick sports teams

Hi I would like to program (in php) a clone of website [[login to view URL]][1] where users can signup and list their sports picks for all sports NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, Soccer, etc. I am looking for a programmer to create me the best sports handicapping script they can with a minimal budget. This script needs to be very functional. It will include selections for NCAAB, NBA, NFL, NCAAF, and MLB. It should include some of the following: - A place for new clients to register - A link for clients to get live odds (From [login to view URL], bodog, etc.) - An easy functioning back-end to enter picks, text, packages, etc. - The ability to sell by package or by single game pick - the site atleast needs to have record tracking for all sports and various timeframes (Yesterday, 3 days, 7 days, 30 days, etc.) - Contact Us Page that links comments/questions to my email -Tracking Tool for myself to view Visitor Counts/details etc (For example Statcounter) - Paypal/My Cart/Checkout Integrated so that users can sell their sports picks to the buyers of other users - Leaderboards to show which users are doing well by ROI, % of wins, units, Wins/losses, - results page (some similar websites that offer the same service for you to see such as [login to view URL] / capperspicks.com. I think these sites are more professional, the [login to view URL] site is for everyone anyone can join for beginner users - users list their picks on sports and create a track reccord of wins / losses ) ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform I belive this should be coded in php, or you can advise scripting language.
