Program to clone sites

Hi to all, I need a program where you input the site domain, (example: [[login to view URL]][1]) and all web-desing is extracted from it. It must be a farily simple program to use, and it saves everything in a folder. It must not download pictures of any kind, however other items such as flash and javascipts should be downlaoded, Demo will be required before acceptance of bid. What i need is a program to clone an entire site, that is the html, flash, javascript, form layouts, database anything that is on the site. To better understand is this, alot of my clients ask me to design a site for them exactly like one that they ahve seen.
