Examination Website (repost)

Please read the Word Document I have provided before placing a bid or asking questions. Blind bids without explanation will be ignored. **Remember all times EST**. I will be in the chat room 11am-1pm and 8pm-10pm on Sat and Sun March 5th and 6th (Remember Eastern Standard Time - the same time zone as RAC). Please be there during one of those sessions and read all the other comments. Remember I am not looking for the cheapest programmers. I am looking for the best and not too terribly expensive programmers who proves to me they know what I am talking about and that they can do it VERY professionally and that they are part of a team. Because this cannot be tested really without full production - I need someone willing to allow me 60 days for complete testing. As it will take time to populate the database and run some tests. So, please keep this in mind when you make your bid. I need to accept the programmers ASAP. **You must be part of a team. No single programmers. ** Remember - my non-action ratio is 0%. This project WILL be done! **So, when you bid you MUST say "I agree to give Markis 60 days to completely test, this is an extenstion to the 5 days he normally gets". ** Note: No exception to the following paragraph. You must have at least three large projects with a rating of 9 or better. Or have done at least 10 projects of any size and have a rating of at least a 9. Or be willing to put up a 10% deposit (see RAC rules on what happens if you forfit). ** ****You MUST give me weekly updates! ** Note: Because so many programmers do not finish my projects, there will be no payment until the project is completely done and tested. Remember, RAC will have my money, so you are completely protected. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
