Web Scrapping and Data uploading to Magento

I need someone reliable to help me with this. I own a magento-based website about beers. I want to scrap the site www. ratebeer .com , get some info from each breweries and beer profile , mount that into and upload it as categories / products into my magento store.
Very easy.
Detailed instructions: See atached PDF.
I will pay 100-150€ for getting this job done.
First milestone: Breweries imported (30% of total)
Second milestone: Beers Imported (30% of total )
Third milestone: Opinions imported (40% of total)
-> Milestones will be created one after another, we will start with FIRST milestone and when accomplished we'll create the SECOND. Same with third.
